If the air conditioning system smells unpleasant, the cause is usually fungi and bacteria that have settled between the evaporator and fan. These are not only harmful to the air conditioning system, but also to your health. For this reason, it is important to have the air conditioning system disinfected at regular intervals. Disinfecting the interior and air conditioning system is an attractive service that workshops can offer their customers. This is because regular maintenance of the air conditioning system is worthwhile in order to avoid major damage.
Depending on the size of the vehicle interior, the application only takes around 5 minutes and is extremely gentle on the material. A subsequent venting phase is not necessary, as Hydroliq vehicle disinfection is particularly environmentally friendly and harmless to the environment. - Vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.)
Connect the appliance to the compressor. Lower one window pane half-way. All other windows in the vehicle remain closed.
Run the vehicle’s air conditioning at the highest level and recirculate the air in the vehicle.
Run for 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the vehicle interior.
Note: The duration should be selected so that the surfaces do not become damp. If this is the case, the duration must be reduced accordingly.
